I have been running errands all over the city this week and happened to pass Cafe Lalo on my way to a friend's apartment. It is across the street from the Children's Museum of Manhattan and is supposedly a nice place to go for a coffee type beverage. You might recognize it from a scene in You've Got Mail with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. It looks real puuurrrty at night, no?
