Paris Rocks

September 22nd

We arrived in Paris around 10am. After putting the trucks in a secure warehouse and checking in to our hotel, we grabbed breakfast here. It was so nice to be in a country where most of us could at least stumble our way through the language.

It was also nice to be metro distance from the center of the most beautiful city in the world. There is a reason people flock to Paris. If you've never been, it's worth going.

Hans had never been to Paris before and I hadn't been up the Eiffel tower in 18 years (Shit. I'm officially old.) so we decided the hour line was worth it for views of Paris at sunset. What do you think?

And not only did we get a sunset, but a moon rise to boot.

France was hosting the rugby world cup so they had this thing attached to the tower. I rather liked it.

I think this almost makes up for the minivan....

Go here if you want to see about 10,000 more photos of Paris.
